I had a goal to generally get bigger and improve my indurance. Je set me up with a nutrition and weights plan which has really helped. Je was always there for helpful, useful answers to how to use machines properly, small little things like changing my technique. I like looking in the mirror seeing the results I have gained over the past few months.

Few weeks before planning on being on the big stage competing in bodybuilding... I owe alot to Je... to my transformation and the dedication and commitment I put in myself.

I found Je to be a great mentor, and a trainer. The training and diet plans he provide were thorough and easy to understand! Doing the 8 week transformation, has increased my passion for helth and fitness.

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. 8 weeks... literally blood sweat and few tears but all worth it.

So happy of my progress working with Je. I lost over 35kg body weight, and gain muscle mass during the process.

My goal was to drop the love handles , get to 76kg before I started a lean bulk. What I liked about the coaching was that there different options for each meal so for example instead of rice, I could have Kumara. Also Je would always respond to messages. Made me change in the fact that I was motivated to smash gym again and was ready to set myself more body challenges after this. Made me realise that takeaways are good but they are even better when you only have them once a week as a refeed and a reward.

The reason I started this challenge was because i was really insecure about how my body looked and I wanted to change that. So I started the 8 week challenge to get leaner and lose weight and fat and also to build lean muscle mass. The challenge was great, I was able to get lean, and everytime I felt like I couldn't do this Je Endrina who was my coach and also the host for this challenge really supported me and helped me every step of the way, he helped me to stay motivated and keep pushing myself to my absolute limit, he held me accountable every single day, he is a coach that really takes cares of his client and I did feel his genuine support for me. This challenge really helped me get back into fitness and it didn't just help me get leaner but it also helped me to get rid of my insecurities, it helped me build more self-confidence confidence, it helped me to get rid of all the negative thoughts I had, it helped me to be happier than I was before this challenge! To put it simply this challenge helped me to become a better version of myself: Mentally, Physically and Emotionally!! I am really glad I did this challenge😊

I came to Je with the purpose of setting achievable, realistic goals to improve my health and well-being. My long term goal was to get underneath 100kg, at 116+ kg I knew this was going to be a challenge. I liked that Je paid attention to what I needed and what I wanted to achieve and made sure that I was taking care of myself in the process to become greater. This changed me from someone who was self conscious and unsure to a determined, confident healthy adult. I appreciate every step of the process and have always trusted everything Je has put forward.

Je has helped me get my confidence back as when I first started I was down and feeling like i was never gonna be fit no motivation to do anything apart from sit infront of a computer and waste my day away. I wanted to get lean and fit again and approached je for him to coach me and potentially compete. With his guidance I have achieved just that. My confidence is back and even competed knowing that I have stage fright. I am blessed to have je as my trainer and someone I call a friend and a brother. Best coach to ever have as he guided me through the whole process of this journey. Thank you for always making sure that I was on the right track and always pushing me to do more. My first comp was in 2016 he helped me with my diet, until now he became as a personal trainer and coaching bodybuilders as well. He is one of great coach I've meet. He cares about his clients, will push you to achieve your goal or anything (eg) fat loss, athletes, gain muscle or preparation for competition . I was 113kg before when I started with Je. After the 14weeks I have lost 18kgs and I really appreciated him for looking after and pushed me though in this rough 14 weeks 🙏🏽🙌🏼

My goal was to loose fat while retaining as much muscle as possible. Found it very easy to work with you and discuss any issues that arose to make the diet/training work in with my lifestyle. And it helped me to develop the physique I wanted.

My goal was to simply change my lifestyle in terms of healthy eating and exercise, especially after I’d gained so much weight during lockdown. I tried to change my lifestyle on my own but I needed help. With Je’s guidance, I was able to gain some basic knowledge on healthy eating and he set me up with a doable diet plan and gym programme. I couldn’t believe what I’ve accomplished the past year working with him. He’s so encouraging and does his part to set you up for a win.
